Meet Art: Your Life Broker

Welcome; My name is Arthur Forrest II. Before we begin this journey together, I want to Thank You for choosing me as your Insurance Broker. I’m looking forward to meeting you, and growing a relationship to last a lifetime. Here is a quick glimpse of who I am, and my upbringing.

So where should we begin?!? Let’s fast forward through the beginning. I was born and raised in Chino Hills, California; child to Mrs. Toni and Dr. Arthur T. Forrest. My father has owned a private dental practice for the past 40+ years 😁. My earliest memories start in an office environment. With my dad having that Vietnam Vet, “get-it-done by any means” mentality, I had a fairly strict upbringing. He demanded excellence, not only in school… but in all walks of life. Eventually those life lessons rubbed off on me.

Taking care of business has always been a priority. I ended my grade school years as a 3-sport athlete, eventually receiving a full-ride Division 1 scholarship to the University of Nevada, Reno to play football. While attending college, I made the Academic Dean’s List multiple semesters, and ultimately obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2014.

After graduation, I enrolled into some Real Estate courses, and obtained my Realtor License (which I keep active to date). Being a Realtor was very rewarding, but it stole my time freedom. I worked 7 days a week, and missed out on precious family time. Years later my friend and mentor, Mr. Steven Yee, introduced me to Insurance so we could help my clients with Mortgage Protection after purchasing a home. Little did I know- Becoming an Insurance Broker was one of my best life decisions. I am still able to see my aging family, while helping protect several families every week.

Since 2018, I have grown immensely- and take pride in constantly learning new techniques of the trade. I know Insurance Products like the back of my hand now. Furthermore, I have built genuine relationships with all walks of life. Having an “All Star” team to handle every aspect of the Underwriting Process has also tremendously contributed to our growth. We consider every client to be close friends/family members; and looking forward to considering you family, as well.

 

 

Accomplishments.

Certifications:

  • Mortgage Protection/ Life Insurance Specialist; est. 2018.

  •    Licensed California Realtor® - since March, 2015.

Education:

  •    August 2012-July 2014: Attended the University of Nevada, Reno. Obtained Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

  • August 2009-2012: Attended Citrus Community College. Obtained Associates of Science in Business in June 2011

Honors and Awards:

  • Dean’s List: Awarded member of Dean’s List three times throughout Collegiate career.

  • President’s List: Member of the prestige President’s List (obtain a G.P.A. of 3.8 or higher for full calendar year) in Spring 2011.

Skills:

  • Communication: Expert in customer service/ communications. Willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

  • Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). New-age Insurance Broker- uses electronic signing documents when applicable.

  • Leadership: Servant Leader. Held a Director position in previous occupation. Led a team of 175 associates to reach a common goal. Also awarded as Team Captain on a multitude of athletic and academic teams.

  • Relations: Very open personality. Ability to relate to virtually everyone. Leads to valued relationships and happy insurance clients!
